They came out about 4-5 times to pack us up. They marked things well on the boxes and what was in them. That was very helpful. It was all women that came over. They arrived when they said they would and everything went extremely well!

We brought back Wise Moves for additional services at another location where estate items had been inventoried and that were ready to be reorganized and dealt with. Our previous experience with Tracy and Joe over the previous six months in clearing our mother's home and moving personal property to storage, helping to dispose of some estate property to charity, selling some property to antique dealers and disposing of other objects and furniture in a safe and efficient manner was so positive that we did not hesitate a moment when asking them to come back to help us with another large and cluttered and quot;disaster areaand quot; that had to be cleared while working through the disposition of the estate we are settling. Their strategy in knowing how much manpower to send in advance and how much time to allot has been on target and has meant that we pay only as much as we should and have a good idea right up front about how much everything is going to cost. They had a great sense of humor and very nice people. He brought his son out and was joking about him not having any muscles. I gave him $50 because there was no charge. They came out on Saturday morning. He and his wife run the business. It is really a place to help older people to move from one place to another so this was little bit out of their regular business. I can't say enough for them! They were just really nice people.

My overall experience with Wise Moves was excellent. They specialize in senior move management. With their help, we moved my 83 year old mom from her home of 46 years to a continuing care residence. I could not have done it without their help. The owner, Tracy Niro, kept me informed throughout the process and her experience and expertise made the transition easier. Tracy and her team were considerate of my mom's needs and flexible with their hours. Diana and Toni spent the most time with my mom and their compassion and patience put her at ease. After spending the first day with them, I felt an instant level of trust and had no problem having them come to my mom's house without me. They were a professional and hard-working group and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They sorted, packed and helped with the floor plan. Tracy stayed within the budget she quoted and also helped coordinate the move with the moving compnay. They were a huge help unpacking and getting my mom settled in her new apartment. Once the job was over, Tracy still checked in with me to see how my mom was doing and how I was doing with the sale of the house. Wise Moves was instrumental in making a difficult process possible!
