Great Product, Great Service, Great Price

Weather Masters provided a prompt response to my request for a quote for replacement central air unit.  When they came to my house, we fully discussed my home's HVAC system and my typical costs.  When they discovered I have a propane furnace and that my winter heating bills bother me more than my summer cooling bills, they also offered quotes for not just replacing my central air unit, but for replacing with a heat pump and converting my heating system from a propane furnace to a dual-fuel system that uses the heat pump as the primary heating source and doesn't use the more expensive propane furnace  until the outside temperature drops below a set temperature.  Not only did other companies not take the time/effort to discover that this may be a better option for me, when I requested this type of system, other companies did not seem as knowledgeable at performing that type of installation.  After weighing all factors, Weather Masters provided one of the most competitive quotes and I felt comfortable with their knowledge and ability to perform the replacement.  The quote also included moving my existing humidifier and replacing my basic thermostat with a programmable,  touch screen model.

During installation, Weather Masters was prompt and courteous.  After they finished installing the new hardware, they disposed of my old unit and cleaned up their work areas.  They also provided an overview of how to use my new thermostat (which I only got because it was required for the dual-fuel heat, but I have since found I really like) and registered my system for full warranty coverage.  If necessary, they will also come out this winter to adjust the temperature at which the heat pump will switch to the furnace, if necessary.

In the mean time, the system they installed has been working great.  I have been more than satisfied with the work provided by Weather Masters and recommend them for HVAC work.

My a/c was leaking water all over the basement and Chris came out immediately and fixed the problem, didn't charge me but set up a time to come out to re-do the broken lines/tubing (I don't remember what it's called), flush system, perform maintenance of the April Aire, changed filter for humidifier for the fall and charged me very little. Professional, knowledgable, thorough, polite. Highly recommend.

They showed up punctually for doing the estimate and very quickly the next day. The morning had seen some rain, and when the company owner showed up for the estimate he removed his shoes before entering the house. This small sign of courtesy was astounding, and a sign of a company that respected the customer. The estimate with options was provided at the end of the visit, and was fully explained. Their cost was far below other estimates we received and provided a lower cost no frills option, and the short term costs versus long term savings were explained completely. The installation was professionally done, and every aspect was cleaned up at the end of the job. Old components were removed and every scrap cleaned up, there was not even any wire clippings left on the floor. The level of care shown was above and beyond. We were fortunate to have included them in the companies we asked to provide estimates and I can't but recommend them as the first choice provider for peoples A/C needs. The owner Chris has established a customer service focused small business and deserves all future success.

We had to relocate the AC and install a new HVAC. The electrician hooked up the outlet for the new AC before Weather Masters got here. I really like the new unit and my first month's utility bill for the AC was low. I went from a 10 to a 14 unit and am very happy with it.

He was prompt, very professional and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions.  I definitely would use them again!  I loved the fact I could choose when they would come down to the hour!  Excellent service!
