The team consisted of five people, each with a particular area of focus. They called when they were delayed because of traffic. They were courteous, professional amd thorough in their work. They do not straighten up clutter, so if you have clutter on a surface, they will remove it to clean the surface and return it to the surface with minimal straightening. The team completed my home in about 90 minutes.
This is the second time I used them. Their first visit was more expensive but not unreasonable.
