I viewed my home in August and the listing and home contained new stainless appliances that were listed as part of the sale. The contract contained all items to convey. An addendum stated the home was as is and an inspection is recommended. An inspection occurred and items were present in the home. Mr. Brink proceeded following the inspection to remove one of the appliances and then sent an e- mail asking me to buy the appliance back - after I paid for it in the sale price. Mr. Sean Brink lacks integrity and operates under deceptive tactics (bait and switch) to make his deals go through. In my book, this was unethical and unconscionable behavior from any realtor. I warn all buyers who may go through this agency, do not sign any addendum or amendment or other document stating "as is" because it won't be as you saw it, as the pictures you take show it, or how your contract listing items to be conveyed lists". Your items in a sale that you negotiate a price for may not be what you end up with in the home. Don't take the chance to have Mr. Brink add to his profit over and above the commission fees he gets.
Description of Work: A real estate transaction was handled by TeamBrink Real Estate, a Tyler-Donegan company and the transaction painfully concluded on October 26th, 2011. I bought a home from the agency.
