An older client recently needed an urgent repair under some complicated circumstances. She had no heat during the coldest days of the year thus far. After getting estimates from two other companies that were wildly different and didn't seem to make sense or be fully trustworthy, Ken Tucker made a visit. He took the time to properly evaluate the situation, submitted an estimate that made sense and showed that he fully understood the requirements involved. Further, he was respectful and kind during his visit to a vulnerable adult, and he worked to get client's heat restored asap. As the client had limited resources, they also showed themselves to be compassionate and charitable. Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing showed themselves to be 100% trustworthy, professional, resourceful, reasonable and very caring in their approach. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Highly recommend!
