They cleaned the the base boards, appliances, mopped, fans, carpets, bathrooms and stairs.

Perfect! No stress for me and a lovely clean house soon to go on the market!

We have been using The Maids for several months now and are consistently pleased with the work. Nick, the owner, is accessible and responsive. The team members are unfailingly pleasant, prompt, and thorough. Maria, the team leader, follows up on each room before the team leaves the house. As someone who has a very long commute, it is wonderful to have the burden of the routine housework off my mind.

Wow! So impressed! I was referred to The Maids by a co-worker who couldn't say enough good things about their ability to make her house sparkle. We gave The Maids quite the task with our house and they did not disappoint. I don't think my house has ever been this clean.As a busy, working Mom it is not always easy to find the time to really clean the way I would like. The Maids saved me a weekend (if not more) of cleaning and missing out on family time. I will be signing up for a regular monthly cleaning. Thanks again!

They were very professional and friendly. They did a great job considering it was in rough shape.

The owner called to say the staff would be late due to traffic, so she herself came on time. The remaining crew arrived a little later, and together, they had 95% of the house cleaned in a couple of hours or less. They missed a few spaces - corners, narrow areas behind furniture that were reachable with a little effort - and they cleaned the hardwood floors with water (or something that left streaks on the floors). But they didn't break anything, cleaned out the cobwebs and fingerprints on the stainless steel appliances, and were friendly and professional. The only reason I would not hire them again is because I moved away from Frederick County, and I typically clean my own house.

Good. Wish my Spanish or their English had been better but we managed :-). Overall they got the job done in a timely manner. Could have been a bit more aggressive with the floor cleaning and dusting, but there was a lot for the time purchased. Both women were smiling and friendly, which always appreciated.

This is the worst, most overpriced cleaning service I have ever used.  They have a very good sales pitch but beware of the details they do not tell you.
Their catch is what is included with the service and what is not. I was told multiple times that items were not included and they would have to charge extra.
I purchased a new home and was planning the logistics of getting the house cleaned right after my closing before the moving company arrived.  I requested that they arrive at 12:30 to start, they didn't get to the house until 1:30.  This caused a big problem since the movers arrived at 2:30.  I was forced to redirect their efforts to get them out of the way of the movers.  The office called me and basically told me it was my problem and stressed that they were still charging me the full amount even though not all services were provided.
Although i redirected them to focus on the bathrooms and kitchen, there were still cob webs and uncleaned portions of the floor.  They did come back to the house a few days later to correct this.
Be advised that their "window cleaning" service only includes the glass.  My new home has storm windows and I was told they would charge extra to clean the sill between the window panes.
I will never use this service again, if you are considering using this company please think twice.
For clarification, I gave an "F" for professionalism due to their office staff, the ladies who came to the house were professional.

They were fantastic. I was impressed. They did a great job, but they are expensive. For a 4 hour day they want $600 for a medium size rancher. You are not hiring someone for a couple hundred Dollars. This is a group that comes in and knocks it out. They are very organized, and very professional. I would recommend them.

It's a little bit pricey, but they do a great job. They are also very quick.

A real person calls me two days in advance of the visit as a reminder and give me an estimated time of arrival and asks if everything is going ok with the workers. If I don't answer they leave me a detailed message.
They are always on time within an agreed upon two hour window.
They have done an excellent job just about every time they come. They are very consistent.
The cleaning persons, usually (4) of them are always professional and they whip through here in about an hour. My house is always de-cluttered and straightened so nothing is in the way before they come.
The same crew does not come as did before, but they all do great work. Occasionally I check their work before they leave just to make sure they have not missed anything,. 99 o/o of the time I can't find much they missed if anything. I am very picky due to having asthma and allergies so I expect them to get all the dust and clean everything well.
You can tell they have been here cause it smells clean, but they use all natural products because of my allergies/asthma and there is no and quot;cleaners smelland quot; which is just what I asked for. They provide their own cleaning products and cleaning materials. They also leave my paper towels, toilet paper and tissue boxes with a really cool little flower or decoration each time. That just makes my day that they take a second to do that!

I could not keep the house clean, do everything else I do and take care of other challenges I have, without them.

I have had 8 other cleaning services come give me a quote and they were all too high. I have tried 4 other services and none of them ever did the job as well and thoroughly as this agency. With the others I have tried there seemed to always be something missed or something else with scheduling, rules, staff ect. to make me not want their service.

They did increase my rate $5.00 last November and $5.00 again this November . I did not mind, because they are worth it!

Overall, A plus in my book!

I have been very happy with the responsiveness of the Maids and their thoroughness. The same team cleans each week so they get to know how I like things done. Anything that I bring to their attention is addressed promptly. Definitely great value for money.

We reached out to the maids when our regular housekeeper of several years was unable to continue for family reasons. The intital contact and visit by the owner/manager was timely and thorough and the task based price we received was, though more than we were used to, fair given what we had asked to have done. The women on the team(s) that take care of our home are quick, efficient, pretty thorough and happy to accommodate if we point to a task that we would have them do differently and more to our liking. For an appropriate additional fee, we can (with notice) have specific tasks added to the regular cleaning (i.e. refrigerator/oven cleaning, windows, carpet shampooing, etc.). We also like the security that having a company which is bonded and insured gives us. All in all, we have been happy with and quot;The Maidsand quot; and have recommended them to others to consider.(Price quoted is per cleaning / single family 3br/3ba suburban home cleaning up after two adults, a baby and a cat!)

Everything they said they would do was done! It was wonderful walking into a spotless house after work and even seeing the towels decoratively folded. I like the fact that they don't make you sign a contract as the previous company I used required -- they just do an excellent job so that you WANT to keep using their services.

The Maids have been cleaning my home for 1 and 1/2 years. It is always a pleasure to come home to a clean house. They worked around my schedule when needed. They got me through some difficult months due to illness. My husband wasn't sure he was comfortable having and quot;strangersand quot; in our home when we weren't there but now he is the first to compliment on how great the house looks after they have cleaned. The house smells clean but the scent is not harsh. I don't know what they do but my hardwood floors remain clean much longer compared to when I clean them and this was with a dog with long hair!

Great. Best Cleaning Service We've Ever Used. And Very Consistent.

They do a great job. I have been using them for about 16 months now. They always show up on time with confirmation ahead of time. They work in teams and try to get the same team to you home every time but if that team cannot make it whoever shows up always has all the necessary info for the job and does it well.

Good, I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

They always come on the day planned. We are not home when they clean, so it is great coming home at the end of the day to a clean home. My floors shine and the house seems to stay cleaner longer between cleanings than when i was doing it myself. I would highly recommend them.

(like people live here). This is the first company that cared enough to leave everything nicely. So even though everything wasn't put back exactly how I normally place it, it was pretty, and I was pleased to leave it just how they left it. Bottom line: I felt good when I came home and walked around from room to room. Everything was spotless - and everything was pretty - I felt like people had been here who cared about my home and me. Highly Recommend.

They were prompt, courteous, and did a really thorough job.

I have used their service three times. I am never disappointed. While some are apprehensive about the team approach in housecleaning, I think it is better. Cleaning services are in my home for only 2 hours versus 5-6 with one maid, rooms or appliances are not skipped over, and each team member is assigned a part of the home which helps if there is a problem.
