 + -1 moreMr. Gjerde took extra time to plan a very functional addition to our home to be able to accommodate wheelchair entry into the home and provide extra space. A great feature that we didn't even think of was that he added a protected porch area into the design. We had some zoning issues so he offered several adjustment ideas to the plan at no extra charge. We initially thought $350 was a lot of money to spend for a design plan but it was well worth the money spent.
