It was a bad experience all around. The tenants were really bad. The heater stopped working and then caused the pipes to freeze and break. We then figured out that the client had pulled out of the contract. We believe she did this to take advantage of us as we were over seas. she said that she had taken care of these issues, but our tenants were calling us and stating the issues going on. when we contacted the owner of the company, he took our side completely and help us resolve the issues.
