SUNRISE PROPERTIES IS A SMALL CONTRACTING COMPANY THAT OFFERS GREAT SERVICE. THEY ARE HONEST AND HARD WORKING AND GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY MET WITH US TO DISCUSS WHAT WE WANTED AND WORKED WITHIN THE BUDGET THAT WE GAVE THEM. THEY SUBCONTRACT A LOT OF THE WORK OUT, LIKE PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK AND THEY FIND EXCELLENT CRAFTSMEN TO DO THE WORK. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO HIRING THEM IS THAT THEY CANNOT ALWAYS CONTROL WHEN THE SUBCONTRACTORS COME SO DEADLINES AREN'T ALWAYS MET. OUR KITCHEN AND BASEMENT ARE BEAUTIFUL. WE WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE JOBS.
