Astonishing. The first work was performed when I had a broken foot. Mr. Alas brought roof shingle samples, paint, tiles, etc. ...he has a excellent eye for color and design. Several other projects presented themselves and nearly all were difficult, including tub/toilet/tile replacement with plumbing improvments in two baths, kitchen fixture replacement on an emergency basis, and general outdoor repair and refurbishment. Performed over 1.5 years. He has not failed me yet. Drove from Frederick in a driving rainstorm to confirm roof leaking; did effective temporary plug, found other multiple issues, fixed them all. I love this man...made him and his entire family a chicken dinner as a tiny token of thanks.
