These guys were great! They were professional, polite, and took their time to thoroughly clean our carpets and tile in our new house. The kitchen tile grout went from black to white, it was amazing to see the difference. The carpets, which are 17 years old, look almost new again, and they were able to remove some very tough stains. All of the crew was friendly and courteous, as well as knowledgeable about their services. I highly recommend Spectrum for quality carpet and tile cleaning with exceptional customer service.

Andrew was on time & did an excellent job he pointed out badly stained spots & said the spots may not come out but he would do his best. He was polite & efficient & the job was fairly proceed. He even changed a light ball unable to get only 2 spots out but they were much better in the stairway.
