Turned out I was being paranoid about some sounds my system was making. I think his name was Mike. He told me it was just the defroster. Schooled me on a few general questions I had for him and didnt charge me anything other than ther service call. This is the kind of co I will call back again again.

I had heat in about 15 minutes turns out the furnace was not broken just the pilot light was out and the mechanic was honest about it.

Dave's could have just told me I needed a new compressor, instead they provided a comparison (new unit VS compressor). My system was wrought with replacement parts and had been repaired multiplied times. The techs pointed out all of the prior repairs. I had them install a new unit and they did an incredible job.

Read reviews prior to hiring. Everyone I was in contact with was polite. Service was prompt during business hours. Tech was very knowledgeable and gave a few tips to ensure system was running efficiently. Will hire again as needed.

My technician was courteous, honest, and thorough. He evaluated my entire system and made recommendations without trying to sell me a new system, although he advised that it is probably reaching its end of life. Getting an AC repair tech on the hottest days of the summer is always a challenge, but Dave's Mechanical office staff was accommodating and understanding. They were great all around.

Justin arrived on-time for the scheduled appointment. He thoroughly checked the inside and outside units and discovered there was a loose electrical wire in the compressor unit that was causing the problem. He also checked my second unit to make sure it was functioning properly. All this for the price of a service call. Because of Justin, I always will call on Dave's Mechanical Services for all my Heating, Cooling and Plumbing repairs.

All I can say is Awesome! They saved me money where as another company were trying to charge me for something that didn't need fixing. The guy came out (can't think of his name, I kept calling him Dave) but he was very pleasant and honest. Will mostly diffidently use them again for my next problem

over priced i told them what was wrong a 15 dollar part, service took about 1 hr. charged 325.00!! that is the problem HVAC people charge five times more than they should !

"We are sorry to hear of this disappointment with pricing. I can see how you would feel this way however please consider the following. That part does cost a lot more than $15. We also provide skilled labor, which costs more than unskilled labor. We cannot charge the same as fly-by-night contractors. Our prices are set so that we can keep 1 dime out of every dollar we charge . Out of every dollar we charge, we must pay for expenses such as our technician's salary, insurances, taxes, licensing, background and other checks on personnel to ensure your safety, uniforms, ongoing training, the time it takes to drive to your house, tools, trucks, gas, phones, internet, office personnel, computers, etc. We prefer to provide quality service rather than skimp and suffer with a reputation for poor quality."

I still had a problem with the condensation drain being clogged. Fixed it myself. Didn't want to pay for another service call for the same issue.
