Some shingles were replaced and a gutter was rehung. The gutter failed about two weeks later. We live on top of the mountain and it was mentioned several times that it would be too far to travel for any small jobs.

Hired this contractor on 4/11/18 to do 8x4 shingle repair on my roof. Jonathan is easy to talk to and even showed up on a Saturday to check the project and do an estimate, which is very reasonable. Jonathan finished the job and have to temporarily use a different type and color shingles to seal my roof so it will not leak and promised that he will correct it. This contractor is true to their word and corrected the project. He replaced my roof shingles with the right type and color.

Jonathan is the one who did the free estimate and the actual repair. We are happy for an honest estimate, a repair job well done; plus, he is very good at communication, even accept my Google calendar invite for the repair time!

He was curious, hard working and did a great job.

I received a prompt reply from Semper West, and schedule an appointment for an estimate. Jonathan was the person who came and provided me with written estimates for two options. He wasn't able to do the work that week, and came the next week and very quickly did the work. He also provided me with pictures he had taken of my roof and his work.

Jonathan from Semper West quickly found the issue that was causing a small leak on my roof. Actually, he was the only person who climbed up the ladder to my roof. Other guys (from three different companies, who estimated roof repairs on my house) used the only their smartphone cameras to “inspect” my roof. Also, unlike the other contractors that responded to my Home Advisor request, Jonathan didn't try to pressure me into doing more than needed to repair my roof which cost me much less than the others wanted to charge me. Prompt service were done by Jonathan in a day. Everything is OK now. Great work and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend them.

They did an excellent job in repairing 10 rotted window trims, replaced missing roof shingles, installed a new soffit with a new gutter and replaced small area of rotted wood siding. They were very pleasant to deal with. I will hire them again.
