Concrete Repair
I ordered ready mix concrete from them with macro synthetic fibers for my home sidewalk project. The truck came on time with a receipt that described the concrete and additives. The second line said macro fibers so I accepted the concrete. Half way through 5 cy I realized that the fibers were micro synthetic fibers. I called the next business day and they ask what can we do. Since it would cost more to demo and redo i just asked for a refund and i would deal with whatever happens to the concrete over time. They came back and said we can refund you half, which is probably still more than their cost so not really taking responsibility for there mistake. I didn't accept and I am waiting on a response.
