Whether it was minor or semi major repairs he completed, Mike is a true professional...his knowledge and experience far exceeded my expectations.  His customer service is the most impressive I have seen.  Mike exudes the perfect example of what customer service should be, it was apparent that he was focused on what we needed and the best way to accomplish it to make us feel confident and satisfied.  Hard working, honest and fair, that is Mikes business practice, qualities rarely found now a days.

The contractor is very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  Each time I have required his assistance for a job, no matter how big or small, he gets right back to me and always schedules me in a timely manner.  I have needed to call on this contractor time and time again to make repairs at many of the properties I manage, each time he continues to show the outstanding customer service that sold me from the first encounter.
