Tyler came out and listened to the issue and what my theory was and he investigated and found the issue and snaked out my kitchen line. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a fantastic experience with Rocket Rooter and plumber Tyler. While a different plumber quoted me several hundred dollars for replacing several pieces under my kitchen sink, Tyler assessed that all my sink needed was a tighten, a tighten! Another issue in my home required further investigation, and did need replacement parts. Tyler explained each step of his diagnostic efforts, and how the different pieces worked together. He was methodical, thorough, and fair. He expressed his philosophy of educating home owners, especially new ones like I am, so that we can be empowered in caring for our homes. His approach has changed the way I interact with anyone who services my home. I ask for the education and thoroughness that Tyler gave me. Before Tyler finished his work, he made a point of finding and showing me the main water turn off for the home. Tyler's work on behalf of Rocket Rooter Plumbing was above and beyond - I will absolutely call them again. THANK YOU!!!

Perfectly. Men arrived exactly when indicated, repaired perfectly and quickly, kept area clean (and were quiet since it was early enough that some of the household was still asleep). Price was exactly as indicated in advance.

They were able to come out same-day right before a holiday which was a relief. The two guys spent some time diagnosing the problem and determining the best way to snake the drain. I appreciated that they didn't just jump right in and tear things out. They were knowledgeable and polite. It was a little more expensive than other quotes, but they were the only ones available and they did have to remove a toilet.

Job went well. They squeezed me in the schedule - first stop in the morning. The two employees were professional and friendly. They offered advice on keeping the drains cleared. They got the job done in 20 to 30 minutes. It was expensive but I imagine comparable to what other plumbers charge for the work (also adjusted their schedule for me). I was thankful to have my kitchen sink working again. Amazing how unfriendly the kitchen is without a sink.

I was able to get same-day service. The technician arrived within the scheduled time. After I explained the steps already taken to clear the drain, he surmised correctly that it needed to be snaked. We went to the basement to find the pipes in order for him to see how many feet of snaking needed to be done. Having done that, he did the job efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. This is a nice family business and if Tyler is representative of the whole family, I can see why they are so successful. They will be first on my list from now on when I need a plumber.

As rated, the plumber and apprentice technician were prompt, tidy, skilled, helpful, and efficient. I made a note to myself on the card they gave me that this first visit from Rocket Rooter plumbers was the best plumbing service I have experienced.

They were very prompt and very pleasant. Over the years we have had many back-ups. I just felt this company was the best and we have lived here over 40 years. They are very professional and I feel comfortable with them. The son has taken over now. It is a long standing local business and the son is well trained as well.

Doug was punctual, quickly defined the problem and worked efficiently. We were satisfied with the results; Doug has a lot of experience and therefore knows how to address any problem presented to him. We have used his services in the past for a plumbing installation in a new bathroom and twice in a rental property for drain cleaning. Doug will always be the person we call when we have any plumbing problems. Doug waived the service fee for preferred client from Angie's list.

Doug showed up exactly on time. He was pleasant and professional but he was definitely all-business, as far as attacking the problems His work was perfect and solved the problems. BUT! THE BIGGEST PLUS--Doug identified the source of water entering our basement/foundation, a persistent and damaging problem which a COUNTLESS SERIES of plumbers, waterproofers, foundation experts, and even a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER could not solve for us. I owe Doug and his company a debt of gratitude. For the first time since we moved into this house, our cellar is dry as a bone.

Clogged up sink last night.   A local all-purpose service provider quickly responded, even tho it was after 5 p.m.  Couldn't unclog the drain.
This morning I  contacted several plumbers on Angie's A-list, only to find that most were busy with frozen pipes.  (East coast cold snap...)  I finally called every plumber  on Angie's A-list until I found one who could come today (Saturday).
ROCKET ROOTERS were here within an  hour and a half, and  took about 20 min to completely clean the drain!
PROMPT and very professional and courteous service.
Rocket Rooters is now my go-to plumbing service!

Problem was they tried to sell me a big job that I did not need. They said that I would need new drain fields, this is not true, I had already installed new drain fields, my fields were fine.

They showed up on time and got right to work. The job was finished quickly. The work area was clean. And, I'm happy.
