Eh...hair looked ok but price was too high. Not enough blond highlights.

Technician excellent--professional, experienced. My hair looked great when she finished. I am highly satisfied. Definitely worth the money!

I have been a customer of Renaissance since they opened several years ago and this is my absolute favorite spa. My husband and I get pedicures together and when friends and relatives from other states come to visit, it almost always includes a and quot;Getawayand quot; (massage, mani, pedi and lunch- HEAVEN!!!) Wendy and Kim are the best nail techs and when we see them, we feel like we're visiting old friends. They always go out of their way to make us comfortable. I can't decide on a favorite massage therapist, I've liked all of them so far. The front desk staff is great too. I've never had any problems with scheduling and appreciate how professional they are and how good they are at accommodating any special requests.
Do: Definitely make your appointment in advance to make sure you can get the time slot and tech you want. We have gotten in the habit of scheduling our next appointment while we arrive at the spa so we don't forget on the way out afterward.

Very nice experience and overall the staff and place were wonderful.

The manicurist was a little surly. The manicure and pedicure I received were mediocre, chipped easily and left my fingernails in poor condition (even though I had asked not to remove the cuticle).

I really like Renaissance. It is very clean and I've always had a positive experience there. It is very spacious and light and bright. The hair washing area is separate from other areas of the spa so it's not crowded. It is the best place I have found here for day spa service.

Make sure you make an appointment! They are a very busy place and will probably not have any room in their schedule for walk ins. They are very punctual. The massage therapists are very professional and courteous. Before and after your massage you are welcome to sit in their relaxation room. They even pulled our records from our previous visit to make sure that nothing had changed.
