 + -1 moreWhen we scheduled our first appointment with Zack, he was very courteous and thorough during the appointment. He called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, and he also made us feel very comfortable when we asked questions. During the renovation process, both and had his partners were trustworthy and willing to explain certain processes to us. We were pulling permits for plumbing and electrical work, and his business associates were also trustworthy and respectful of our time and needs. There was minor problems that came about later (such as a crack in the drywall, not structural, just cosmetic), and he was more than happy to retouch any spots or redo anything that did not completely satisfy us at first. Now that our big home projects are complete, we are very happy with the service and results. We will likely contact him again for a future project (that would be much smaller in scale).
Description of Work: We had numerous services with QFC. We had all three bathrooms redone along with our kitchen. However, the amount doesn't fully take into account services required from other people he works with for his jobs such as electrical or plumbing. Additionally, we had made our own purchases for cabinets, tiles, and other materials.
