There was minor problems that came about later (such as a crack in the drywall, not structural, just cosmetic), and he was more than happy to retouch any spots or redo anything that did not completely satisfy us at first. Now that our big home projects are complete, we are very happy with the service and results.
We will likely contact him again for a future project (that would be much smaller in scale).
