Pro Washing Services did a fantastic job and had the best price! The tech arrived early to the appointment, explained everything that was going to be done, and got right to work. When he was finished, viola! All the algae and mildew was gone, which means my HOA will stop bothering me. My siding looks great. I would definitely use Pro Washing Services again for my cleaning needs.

Everything was done very well. It is like we have not only a new deck, but the concrete below the deck looks brand new. We can hardly recognize it. Very conscientious. Explained what he planned to do before proceeding. Gutters were unplugged using ladder, hands, and power washer. Minimal walking on roof. Took considerable time cleaning siding. Looks beautiful. Protected plants near house foundation from cleaning solution by rinsing plants before and after cleaning siding. Power wash system easily reached to top of siding on third floor from standing position on ground. Maintained social distancing and wore mask during conversations. No hesitation on hiring again.

Worked by himself....and did a good job to clean gutters...... Also put pressured water down the downspouts and cleared away unnecessary filters that had clogged flow. Also he primarily does washing and gave me estimates for some roof cleaning and lawn material pressure needs.
