+ -1 moreAwful. This agent is also the owner of the company. He seems to have very little experience. He did not complete tasks per the timeline agreed to in the contract. He did not seem to know how to do the job.
Description of Work: Poor communication. Failure to complete tasks per contract. Unclear on Maryland residential real estate laws.
