"It is what it is." Precision did the work through our contractor during renovation of our house. HVAC has been nothing but trouble. Some of the flaws are Maytag hardware - either furnace or A/C breaks down every year, some minor, some major (e.g. new A/C coil for 5 year old unit). Some are installation design flaws (huge temperature variations by floor +- 8 degrees from thermostat). Asked Precision about this after we moved in and was told "It is what it is." They must have known there was a problem since they never put a nameplate or sticker on the installation. Cannot reccomend for renovation work. Will never install another Maytag appliance in my house (yes, I know Maytag is really Nortek - I know more about furnaces now than I ever planned). Buyer beware.

Teresa and Jeff were absolutely amazing! They took care of our furnace and got out heat back up and running extremely fast. I really can't say enough about the technician or the office secretary. I was really freaking out and COLD and Teresa helped to calm me down. Thank you all for your help!

Precision Heating & Cooling has been taking care of my homes for many years--whether servicing my tenant properties or my primary residence, I receive the same courteous, prompt, and skilled repair and maintenance. Not only do they warranty their own work, but recently Theresa and Jeff advocated for me on a warranty repair they didn't install on a new home! You really cannot find a better combination of competence and price, combined with old-fashioned customer service. I recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company for new installation or repair.

I've used Precision for years to fix my 12-year-old Lenox system. I decided to replace it when the frequency of repairs got to be too much for my liking. I got estimates from 3 companies, including Precision, ranging from $3,600 for a York system to $8,660 for a Bryant Evolution system. I decided to go with the Maytag system from Precision because I've always been happy with their responsiveness & service and I liked the ratings for Maytag's quality, warranty & performance.
Teresa, who runs the office, took care of the estimate and letting me know the install schedule. Jeff came to my home about a week before install to take measurements. On the day of installation, a family member came to my home because I had to work. But the install went smoothly so when I got home, my new system was up and running perfectly. A few days after the install, I received my registration & warranty package in the mail, which Teresa had already taken care of for me! Yessss!!
I've had the new system for a week and it is noticeably better than my old one. I'm looking forward to many years of warm winters & cool summers (with no break-downs)!

Mr. Foster came up with ideas to modify it to increase air flow and comfort while shortening run time of my Maytag equipment
that he put in a couple of years ago.
He and his crew came in disconnected and reconfigured the main supply and return lines at the air air handler
The work was done in a timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my home, family and pets while here.  
The suggestions that he had have increased my airflow.  I have minimal hot/cold spots and my equipment is not running nearly as much as it was.  I have yet to receive a utility bill to compare the before/ after cost of energy.
I would highly reccommend Mr. Foster for "problem solving"
