 + -1 moreHad a new cover installed on a new pool. The pool contractor (not Pool Cover Services) had them install an aluminum cover (over the take-up reel assembly) vice a stone cover (due to cost). The wind damaged the aluminum cover and had to replace it with a stone cover. They came out and replaced the whole thing and only charged me for the support brackets. Great communication, prompt, they are there when they say they will be there, quality work, and easy to get a hold of. Great people! Great experience!

 + -1 moreWe had a very good experience with them. They came in and installed my pool cover, and overall they did a nice job. I had to call them up, when I had a problem, and they came back the next day, and it was under warranty, and so they didn't charge me anything. They are very responsive.

In the past they serviced our automatic pool cover including motor repairs as well as replacment of our winter mesh cover. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

 + -1 moreThe original formal quote from Pool Cover Services was higher ($1500 higher) than what had been discussed over the phone and when I called for an answer it turned out that there were several mistakes in the quote. The revised quote was much more reasonable and the level was confirmed via a quote from competitor. Chose Pool Cover Services due to referral from our trusted pool service guy and also since they could deliver with a reasonable lead time (competitor said 3-4 weeks versus 10 days for PCS). Cover was delivered on the promised day, looks good and works well. All in all a good experience although the slip-up with the quoting gave me some pause.
Description of Work: Installed new electric pool cover system with rails, cables, motor and brackets and everything except for the fabric (re-used the existing fabric installed 2 years back).

Description of Work: Installed an automatic pool cover. Ron did everything when he said he would, did a very high quality job, and really really knows his business. True professionals. I was highly impressed with the whole experience, and 4 years later, everything still works like a charm.
