About us
Small local home improvement and remodeling company based out of Frederick County Maryland. We sub-contract with other small local companies for plumbing, HVAC, electrical and flooring needs. I also have a cabinet designer I work closely with to assure all aspects of home improvement and remodeling is taken care of for the customer.

Pergola and pad installation for hot tub required new footings to be installed. We had the hot tub installed about 40% underground to make getting into the hot tub easier, and we also installed a retaining wall around the hot tub to build it into the hardscape.
Matt drives the project lining all the sub components(in this case electrical, plumbing and hardscape changes) together to make the start and finish of the project seamelss. Total work time was less than two weeks and work was constant and consistent..
Matt's respect for coordinating the new features into the historic nature of our property is flawless. the result is that our new features look like they have always been part of the plan for the landscape.
