Excellent in all respects. He showed up on time, communicated well, answered questions, provided expert insight and was friendly. He was able to remove stains that others could not. I liked to cleaning method as it did not leave any strong or offensive chemical smells.

I am very pleased with the service, professionalism, and the cleanliness of the carpets. I was surprised that a very dirty set of steps were cleaned so well that they look like new! The cleaning process uses much less water than others, and drying time is only an hour. Also - there was no residual smell. I highly recommend, and will definitely use Oxi Fresh again!

He did a GREAT job. The chairs had never been done and the dogs had been sleeping on them. We also have beige carpet on the stairs. Appreciated the working with our schedule and showed up on time. What a great job. Yes, I am having him back for sure.

I don't know about any other Oxi Fresh offices, but the Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning of Silver Spring was FANTASTIC! I have to have the carpets looking top notch since my home will soon go on the market and now they do! One bedroom carpet was so dirty and now it looks brand new - back to it's original color! Also, owner Justin Ford is one of the nicest business persons I've dealt with in a long time. He's super flexible (I had to reschedule 3 times) and he's super easy to correspond with - uses email and text messaging! Texting is the best for busy people. If you need your carpets cleaned, this is the place to hire!

Oxi-Fresh took fantastic care of me! Justin was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns, via phone and chat. He called when he was en route, arrived early, and did an exemplary job -- at a reasonable price. The carpet cleaning service was thorough and incredibly effective. I would absolutely work with Oxi-Fresh of Silver Spring, again! I Highly Recommend them!

My dog was sick recently and urinated all over the downstairs carpet for over a week. After my amateur attempts at shampooing, applying odor-destroying enzymatic liquid, and everything else I could think of, I had given up hope until Oxi-Fresh came to the rescue. My carpets are bright, clean, and don't smell any more. And I was amazed by how quickly they dried, using Oxi-Fresh's environmentally-friendly, low-water technology. I hosted guests 4 hours after Justin finished the job, sitting on the carpet and enjoying themselves in a room where earlier in the morning I couldn't stand to even enter. I vacuum regularly and thought my carpets were pretty clean apart from the pet spots, but they're so much brighter in the other rooms, too, now. I definitely recommend Oxi-Fresh of Silver Spring for carpet cleaning.
