"THANK YOU FOR THE COMMENTS. THIS LETS US KNOW WHAT WE DO WELL AND WHERE WE NEED TO IMPROVE. THIS SITUATION WAS OUR FAULT AS OUR SCHEDULE WOULD GET INTO AN INAPPROPRIATE SEASON TO DO THE PLANTINGS, BUT THEY HAVE BEEN DONE (AND THEY WERE DONE BEFORE WE FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS LISTING). WE DO NOT DO MANY PLANT REPLACEMENTS, (IN ALMOST 4 YEARS OF BEING IN BUSINESS WE HAVE ONLY HAD 3 JOBS WHERE WE NEEDED TO DO REPLACEMENTS) SO IT IS SOMETHING WE NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB OF MANAGING.
