We found a vehicle that we liked. We test drove the vehicle. When it came time to talk about financing, the sales person would not budge an inch on the price. After talking with the sales person for a few minutes, a female employee came into the office and started asking me some personal questions about my family and my life and said "I can't understand why you want to buy this vehicle in the first place." Well, that was the end of it for me. I felt that this experience was very degrading and the staff were completely unprofessional. Not only do they seem not to want to negotiate with the customer, they want to degrade the customer at the same time. I will never deal with this company again.

My wife and I were looking for new "used" cars. We told John what we were looking for and our price range, and he went out and found two great vehicles for us. He adds lots of personal touches, like wash/wax, putting new tires on, fluid checks, vacuuming, etc. at no charge. He doesn't charge labor for misc. minor repairs, but has to on larger repairs. His rates are reasonable and he truly looks out for our best interests.
