They do the best job. They pretty much come when they say they’re going to be there and overall, they do a better job cleaning. They get in corners and do woodwork and stuff. The workers are great, but she had some disagreements with the manager.

I love Lisa, but not thrilled with her co-workers lately. One left our stove on - it's gas, so gas was coming out, but no flame. They also never seem quite as hard working as Lisa.

I have found Molly Maids to be extremely professional. The girls show up on time, have a wonderful attitude, and work very diligently, quietly and respectfully of my parents' home. They've been very accommodating of our schedule, adjusting from every week to every other week. The house is staying so clean, I'm going to see if we can go to every three weeks! The girls that clean for us are worth every penny!

Kayla and Dayonne did an excellent job. I came home to a house that was spotless and smelled clean and fresh but with no harsh chemical odor. Even the dog beds and blankets were vacuumed. My hardwood floors were cleaned just as I would do them if I had the time. They even managed to get my beagle back inside prior to leaving.

I have been happy overall with the services I've received from Molly Maid. They are very responsive to any concerns and accept feedback about the way I'd like things to be done. When I have needed to adjust timing of cleans or add them because of special circumstances, they have been very responsive and flexible. The price is $114/bi-weekly.

They were twin sisters who came. They took a bunch of my jewelry. They stole pearls. It was here before they came and gone when they left. They also took a large bottle of opium. They took a heart shaped porcelain jewelry box. I will never call them again. I’m heartbroken because some of that jewelry belonged to my mother who has passed. I didn't contact the company about these issue. I didn't think there was any use. They did a good job, but they cleaned me out.

It turned out fine! It was very good. It was a beautiful. I think I called up and explained I need someone very quickly and they came out that week. Usually the first service is outstanding with housecleaners, while in this case but I told them it was a one time deal and they still did a good job.

It didn’t turn out very well. They didn’t clean some of the places they said they would, like window sills. I’m handicapped so I can’t reach all the places in the kitchen. My impression was that they would move everything on my kitchen counters and clean and then move them back, but they just wiped everything down without moving anything. The things that I needed to be done the most due to my restrictions they didn’t accomplish. I told them not to dust the bookshelves and they didn’t listen. They dusted that area. They charge hourly and that time could have been spent on something else. The bathrooms were beautiful, but this other stuff left me unsatisfied. I contacted them about my experience and they offered a discount on another cleaning. I wanted to find a company to have regular services with, but I didn’t want to spend that much money and not get everything I wanted. It was expensive for not getting what I wanted.

They are good. I only have one complaint. They missed a couple things in the bathroom. It was a minor issue, really. That particular team who came that day didn’t seem as experienced. I spoke to them about it and it was taken care of. They are very friendly and efficient. They come once a month for $135. They send two people at a time.

There was still dust/debris on some moldings and baseboards. The house was clean otherwise but they claimed to have spent 8 man hours cleaning. The home is just 1400 square feet with a finished basement, this seems like a large amount pug time for the size of the home and the fact that the house was empty.

I just recently had my 7th clean with Molly Maid and have got to say that with each clean I have had great service. The house is clean and has a nice fresh smell to it. The staff is friendly yet professional. They went above and beyond and offered to let my dog in and out for me while they where cleaning. On one occasion their was a misunderstanding about cleaning the quest room, when I called the office they were very cooperative and had the team come back out the very next day and take care of it. I look forward to my next clean. I have recommended Molly Maid to my family and friends.Thanks for such great service!"
