Heating and Air Conditioning Service
My wife and I met with Sales Manager Glenn Leppo at our home and he evaluated our needs and recommended the units that met our needs. He listened to our needs and recommended equipment that met them and within our budget. His price beat the other two quotes we received by almost $2,000!!
The other amazing part of our experience is that Glenn was the only one who bother to follow up on his proposal. The other two companies who came to our home and evalauted the system needs and provided a quote never even followed up to try and close the deal. As a Sales Manager in the advertising industry for over 30 years I still find it hard to believe how many service companies allow non-sales professionals to be responsible for generating sales vital to their success of their companies.
The two technicians who removed the old system and installed the new system were professional and efficient. They took the time to protect the new carpet in the basement by covering it with plastic and cleaned up after themselves when they were done working. The entire process took about 5 hours so they worked quickly, but did quality work.
