Millennium Pool Service

Millennium came the morning of Apr 6, 2018, I came home from work about 230pm and pool already had a blue color. Was a bit cloudy, but you could pretty well see the bottom. This was greatest service in the four years using Millennium!

When they came on time earlier even to do the opening they noticed that the pool was not properly closed. Knowing that we have no idea what we are dealing with they answered every question explained to me exactly what I need to do to maintain the pool. Plus they discounted the original quote because they were not needing to do as much work. I would highly recommend Millennium Pool. Finn Hanserud and his partner Chape were extremely helpful and very professional.

Fantastic job by A DOUBLE TEAM

I trust Millennium Pool. We had a suction-side leak in our in-ground
pool causing us to run our pump 24/7 in order to avoid a leak of approximately
1.5? per day. We had delayed calling someone, fearing the expense of
diagnosing and then repairing what was likely a leak beneath our concrete
decking. We engaged Millennium to diagnose the leak which they accomplished within
their minimum stated diagnostic fee. The leak was right at the neck of a T
fitting coming from one skimmer and there remained a question as to whether it
could be repaired, replaced or abandoned. I was able to watch and discuss the
process with Greg and got comfortable both with the alternative repairs and
with his integrity. He provided an estimate for the range of repairs which
involved cutting a moderate hole in the concrete decking, digging down and
around the PVC piping, removing sufficient concrete that encased the skimmer to
exposed the leak, testing the fix and replacing dirt and concrete. Though his
pricing was fair and we felt comfortable, I obtained a second (higher) quote. We
engaged Millennium and are happy with the result. The leak had been caused by a
break where the suction line met the T fitting coming off of the skimmer,
leaving insufficient surface to make a repair. It would have been easy for an
assessment to replace or abandon the skimmer, yet Greg and his helpers were
able to modify and use the other capped outlet from the T fitting to tie into
the suction line. They were very meticulous in accessing the leak and closing
up the hole, doing no damage and ensuring a lasting repair. Problem solved at
lowest cost possible!

They were great. They're very professional. They show up on time. Price is fair. Their office staff is wonderful. They're very accommodating with your schedule when they schedule time for you. The people that come out to do the work are professional and they're just so very knowledgeable.

I got Greg's number from Dixon Pool service because Millennium pools has equipment that detects leaks inside the pipes.  I had to wait for 2 weeks to get an appointment, but he did arrive as scheduled, used his snake camera, found the source of the problem in a crushed pipe and discussed how long it would take to fix.  Greg came back 1 week later, and cut through the concrete, dug down to the crushed pipe, cut off the section of pipe that had collapsed, just as he suspected, and replaced that section of pipe. 















His estimates were correct, and I was lucky that the repair was close to the skimmer.  He did not make me pay (like other contractors have) prior to doing the work.  So I was very happy that he did the work discussed, and was honest about everything and I happily paid them as soon as I received the bill.  This is the way it can work if everyone is upfront and honest.















One added bonus to hiring Millennium pool service, is that Greg is very good looking, with a French accent!"
