Paul and Cole checked out my 15-year-old appliances. Paul is a fount of knowledge! They diagnosed thoroughly and fixed some things, then reassured me that my stuff was still in quite good shape, even though beyond the usual life expectancy. They taught me what indicators would tell me I should consider replacing the appliance, and the most likely points of failure. And what I should look for and avoid in new appliances. Pricing was very reasonable, and both gentlemen were extremely courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I discovered that my upright freezer was not functioning properly after regular business hours on a Monday. As such, I started calling around, leaving messages requesting a call back the next day. Casey called me back first thing the next morning and set up an appointment for the following day (everyone is SO busy right now). Jason showed up right on time, was professional, pleasant, and thorough. The issue was diagnosed and fully explained; the required replacement part has been ordered and I was provided with an estimated time frame for its delivery. I found the pricing to be fair and reasonable and the service excellent. I will definitely keep their number in my contacts for the future.

The tech came and replaced the heating element. After that, it worked for a day and stopped working again. He came a few days later and said the belt was broken. It was highly coincidental that the belt would break the day after he left. He agreed on the phone to charge $30 for the 2nd call. I never received an invoice for the service calls. I emailed the company a few days later and received no response. Finally I called a week after the email, and was given a much higher amount to pay for the 2nd call. I mentioned what the tech said but the company said there were no notes in their system mentioning what the tech said. I asked to call the tech but they wouldn't do that saying the tech wouldn't remember. I was not happy with the situation. They also had no notes regarding the fact that I had called to say the machine broke the day after. It doesn't seem like they track their notes very well and wouldn't honor what was agreed upon on the call.

My first appointment was schedule for March 15 between 2pm-5pm. The technician arrived at 6pm and diagnosed that a belt needed to be replace. Another appointment was schedule for March 19 between 2pm-5pm to replace belt and got a call at 3:21pm that day and was told that the technician will not be able to make the appointment. Mind you…I had to leave work early on both days to be home for the appointments. Another appointment was made for March 20 between 5pm to 8pm. The technician came and took my dryer apart, just to find out that the issue was not the belt but the motor was going bad after he researched the issue on google while he was in my kitchen…why wasn’t that done initially? I am not a technician but even I knew that it was the motor going bad. The technician put my dryer back together and now it’s not working at all. I paid them the $99.00 diagnostic fee and will call it my loss.

Edgar called to say when he'd arrive and was on time. Very knowledgeable, honest, fair assessment (of an ancient washer) and reasonable price. Honestly said to buy a new machine when it breaks again.

Called the number provided and spoke with Mike. He advised he could have someone look at the dryer late afternoon. Same day! Not 10 minutes later Edgar called and told me he was on the way and would be here in about 20 minutes. And he was. I can't give enough accolades on responsiveness. Edgar checked out the dryer vent and vent hose to see if that might be the problem, prior to taking things apart. ( I really appreciate that). It wasn't and upon some testing, he determined that a new heating element would be needed, gave me a price and had one in his auto. WOW! I didn't actually check the time, but he was fast and left the area in tip top shape.Edgar was extremely professional, friendly, courteous and explained what he was doing. Thanks Mike and Edgar!

Paul came out the next day. He performed a number of tests and said there was probably more than one problem. The cost to repair would be at least $359 and could be over $800. He ascertained that the required parts were on back order, so repair would likely not be possible in a reasonable time. I thanked him for his time.

Paul, a very personable fellow, was excellent! Not only did he quickly and expertly diagnose the problem and repair the machine, he also gave us invaluable advice about how to keep the dishwasher in top working order. We will definitely call this firm again if we need a large appliance repaired. We couldn't be happier with this service.
