MidAtlantic Mailbox Inc

We needed an entirely new "at the street" mailbox setup - a substitute mailman ran over and destroyed our existing one! - and we chose MidAtlantic Mailbox on the basis of their price, selection and the good customer service I received when speaking with them on the phone.  They had an excellent selection of styles from which to choose, and the ordering process was very easy.  They did ask us to pay in advance because they had to order the decorative mailbox post and mailbox specifically for us.  I gave them my credit card number and that was taken care of. 
We were told it would be installed in two weeks, and we were given a specific installation date.  We did have one problem.  The day before our scheduled installation, our customer service rep called to tell us the installation would be one day later "because the owner of the company had decided to change the schedule."  I do not consider this to be a satisfactory reason, but it wasn't worth an argument over one day and the company rep was certain that there would be no more schedule changes.  There were not.  They would have received an "A" in Punctuality from me (instead of a "C") except for this unilateral change.
That one difficulty aside, the installation was beautifully done.  It was exactly in the spot we wanted (a change from where our mailbox was before).  They even put white, reflective house numbers on the mailbox at no extra charge - a very nice and unexpected touch.  We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the end result of the installation.
