They did fairly well to start as most services do. We were told that we would have the same crew each time and that the manager would review there work periodically. We were pleased with their service to start, bu always had an issue with dusting. Either ceiling fans weren't dusted or areas rarely used were just glanced over. We called and complained and things would sometimes improve. However, it was always evident when we didn't have our standard crew. There was one person who was wonderful. We could even tell when she wasn't cleaning that time. The good person finally quit the company and after two more cleanings we said no more. As for the reviews and monitoring by management, it didn't happen at all from October 2013 to March 2014 when we finally fired them. We would definitely not use them again, especially for regular scheduled cleaning. I would say a C is generous score.
