Mattresses
Not so well. The purchase itself was easy enough, and the salesperson matched the price on their web site. But delivery was a nightmare. It was supposed to come on the truck at the end of that week. It didn't. So I had to wait another week. They told me if it came in that week, they could deliver either Friday or Saturday. Friday afternoon I finally tracked them down and they said it would come first thing Saturday. The deliverymen called about 10AM Saturday (not my idea of first thing) confused about which location the mattress was being held at. They finally arrived around 11AM, and from there things went fine.
