Maryland Heritage Custom Builders

I have used Maryland Heritage Custom Builders in the past (basement remodel). I was very pleased with how that turned out,  so I asked them to come back to assist with my full kitchen remodel.
Jason Levinson ( the owner)  is easy to work with and was always responsive to my calls and questions. His crew is hard working and trustworthy. They try very hard to please their clients. In all renovations, there are always "surprises".... but Jason is a great problem solver and has an army of trusted sub-contractors he consults with to find the best possible solution.
Jason gave us a realistic time-line for how long the project would take and our final cost ended up within the range he projected.
I would absolutely use them again. You won't find a more honest contractor out there.

Jason Levinson is the owner/president and is intimately involved with each project. We found him to be beyond reasonable in his pricing and the quality is outstanding (said by someone who works for a GC). He also is extraordinarily personable, thorough, and responsible. We had him build the shell for our kitchen addition as well as return to build our side porch. Thoughtful questions were asked and few change orders were issued (only on the second project and at our direction).
