Make N Waves was brought in by Precision Pools to do the mapping out of the pool design, the excavation, underground plumbing/pipes, framing and rebar forms for shotcrete. Dylan, the company owner, was present and active in the process each day. He and his crew were very professional and courteous. They explained the process to me and didn't mind me coming out to take photos and ask questions. From the time they framed out the design - it is a free-form pool with a tanning ledge, hot tub and built-in table with bench seating - until the time the job was complete took 7 days. We lucked out and had good weather each day, so there were no schedule delays.
Because we paid Precision Pools for the work, my cost listed here is merely an estimate. The total job cost for the entire pool was $74K, so I am not sure how much of that was framing and rebar work.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have custom concrete pool work done.
