 + -1 moreLong Electric repaired a generator and transfer switch. I was provided a quote to cover the worst case scenario if other issues showed up during the repair process. When things went smoother than they might have, I was billed for less than the amount quoted. A professional, honest, capable company that is pleasant to deal with.
Description of Work: I had a blown transfer switch and a generator that was putting out too much voltage.

Description of Work: I had a whole house generator installed. They arrived on time with a five man crew including Jason Long. After a short while it was down to a four man crew and the install of the generator was completed a couple of hours earlier than expected. I was told well ahead of time that the gas company and the plumber will arrive about a weak later to finish the hookup of the natural gas. That was completed early in the morning and Long Electric came out the following day at a time convenient to me to make sure it was running correctly.
