The entire process from listing to selling went smoothly due to Connie's professionalism and expertise. The house was a short sale which involved more work due to dealing with the bank and legal matters. She stayed on top of things and worked hard to see that my house went to settlement. She has great communication skills and continues to keep me update on the real estate market. I have and will continue to recommend her to others.

We bought our first home in 2007 at the height of the market bubble, only to watch the value suffer in the years since. When we needed to move on in 2010, Connie became our agent, assisting us to rent our home given the market conditions to sell. She has stayed with us ever since, assisting when tenants moved out and in and is now working on the sale of that home, some 6 years later!
