Great is now better than when new as I don't have to have one person hold it while I start it as it pulls with two fingers for start, also installed gas shutoff valve which hopefully will help prevent future issues and gave me several pointers in seasonal shutdown procedures. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks

It went fantastic. I stopped in on Saturday, and he looked at my saws right away. He was able to get one working while I waited, due to me not having the correct choke settings. The 2nd didn't start properly, so he did a quick compression test. Ultimately the saw wasn't worth repairing. He did all this in 15 minutes, where other shops would have taken over 3 weeks just to LOOK at them. The price couldn't be beat either.

Amazing experience. I texted Bobby Long based on finding his service in an online search and he responded to me within 15 minutes. He was actually at my residence within two hours, and fixed the lawn tractor within 30 minutes. He was so reasonably priced and so responsive that I tipped him considerably. The price included his service call fee, so it was a bargain. He did not try to tell me there were "other things" wrong with my tractor, which in appreciated. He was a very polite young man.
