They were recommended to me by friends of my parents. I had been working with Llewellyn Reality a couple of months to determine what needed to be done in terms of getting the house ready to put on the market. We do have a sale and closing coming up the middle of March. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. We followed almost all of their recommendations because they seemed to know what they were talking about. And so far it has paid off because we only had the house on the market a couple of weeks before we got a credible offer.
