We refinanced our home mortgage from a 30 year fixed to a 15 year fixed. Alex and his team were very responsive and made the process as seamless as possible. He found us a lender offering a great interest rate and the fees were very reasonable. We have refinanced with Alex before and both experiences were great. There is a huge difference in financing with a big bank vs Eagle Creek. I found the banks offered higher interest rates and fees than Alex was able to find.

Alex was persistent and effective in working various issues with the lender till all was resolved, for our somewhat tricky situation.

Quick easy and pain-free

Outstanding! We have used Alex and Eagle Creek for multiple home mortgage refinances and he has always been a true professional, and a real pleasure to work with. We originally did a re-fi to get a lower mortgage rate, then did a subsequent re-fi to convert to a VA loan and to take advantage of my veteran status. That was our first time using the VA Loan program, which had additional paperwork requirements, but Alex was able to easily explain the differences and details to us, and to work through them with us. This final re-fi was to take advantage of record low rates, and once again Alex was a great choice to partner with for the process. He and his team were able to accommodate our need to work remotely as much as possible due to medical issues, and we successfully closed a few weeks ago. I cannot envision a day when we would ever need another re-fi, but we would not hesitate to work with Alex and the Eagle Creek team again. I can and do recommend Alex unconditionally to anyone looking for a mortgage finance person.
