Home sellers: I provide you with one-on-one advice and analysis regarding your property that help you decide the best way to market and sell your home for top dollar. I work on a commission basis, and do not get paid by you until your home is sold. I also give a portion of my fee to the non-profit of your choice upon settlement as a thank you for your business. Home buyers: I take the time to learn what you are really looking for, and put you in touch with resources that help you decide what you really can afford. As a buyer agent, I am most often compensated by a portion of commission set aside by the seller, though my loyalty and primary fiduciary duty is to you. Whether buying new construction or a resale home, working with an experienced professional is critical.
