Fabulous! We found Katie to be professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, responsive, patient, honest and fair. She, in fact, did help us find a building lot (which was no small undertaking), worked with us to evaluate custom home builders and found buyers for our existing home. She was always fair in determining her commission, honest with us through the negotiation process to sell our home and straight up about things we should or shouldn't change to sell our house. We would definitely hire her again and have referred her to friends!!

Excellent! I didn't expect my condo to sell for months and Katie sold it in 4 days!!! I was impressed with her marketing skills but mostly her knowledge of the industry. She took the time to help me through the entire process and was able to teach me a couple things on the way. Also, I know my condo was probably small fish to her but you wouldn't have known with the attention and customer service I received. I strongly recommend Katie!

Katie is absolutely amazing! We used her to manage our rental home and then she sold that home for us. She also helped my daughter find her first home. Then she found the perfect home for me and my husband. After that, she sold our other home. As you can see, our family has enlisted her services quite a bit and will continue to. Working with Katie to purchase and sell a home,  was the best choice my husband and I could have ever done for our family!  Katie made our dreams come true, and made the process so easy and seamless.  She found us our dream home, for a price that I never imagined we could obtain, and sold our house in one day, for full asking price.  All of this happened because of her expertise in the real estate market, and her unwavering commitment to our needs and wishes.  For anyone who has ever bought or sold a house, you know the stress that comes along with the process, however, Katie took that stress away.  She always stayed ahead of each stage, explained what would be needed from us ahead of time, and followed up with other agents, lenders etc., to keep the process moving along!  I highly recommend using Katie for your real estate needs!  I know we will use her again in the future!

Katie helped us buy a home 10 years ago so we decided to use her services again to sell it and buy a new home. She made the process very smooth and was so helpful, we felt like her only client. She always had properties to show us and was always early for appointments, we even visited one property 3 times. Anytime paperwork was needed (lenders, agents, etc) she was on top of it. She worked hard to get us the best price for the home we sold and the home we purchased. She was very knowledgeable of the area and everything in and around the home.

From the minute Katie met with my wife and I to discuss our real estate needs, I knew she would provide us with the best value for our real estate dollars! She with us every step of the way and her follow-up an attention to detail is much more than I could have expected from dealing with other real estate transactions over the years.
