I engaged a buyer's agent, Tracy, to buy a property that a seller's agent had listed (also for the Jim Bass Group). Tracy was very responsive and helpful. I recommend her, and I would work with her again. I have not worked with any of the seller's agents there, other than indirectly via Tracy. The sale went smoothly, so it seems that both agents performed very well.
