Rick really saved my bacon. I had an unexpected electrical repair needed to get my Maryland Vehicle Inspection certificate. Rick took my call and invited me to drop by and he would take a look at it. No appointment needed. i arrived and he dropped what he did to determine if it was a quick fix. Unfortunately it was not a quick fix and he was obviously very busy that day. He did invite me to drop the vehicle off first thing the next day and he would get on it first thing. In the meantime, he did some research into the issue so he would be prepared in the moring. I dropped the car off at 8 and by 10 I had a call from him telling me the car was fixed and ready for pickup! It turned out to be a fairly simply problem and the cost was more than fair.

My car has had some mystery illness that I've taken to 4 different places about 8 or 9 times. Jefferson Auto was able to tell me what was wrong. I really appreciated that, as well as their ability to squeeze me in at short notice. Afterwards, I took my wife's car in when the engine started shuttering. They found a simple problem and fixed it for a good price. The mechanics are very friendly, and they stay in communication with me and keep their promises.

I liked the fact that he was very good and prompt. I went their without an appointment and he checked the car anyway. He also did not charge me for the random inspection.

Everyone did a very good job. They kept me informed throughout the process and were very courteous. They got the job done quickly. The price was more than I expected, however I felt that it was in line with the nature of the repairs.

Don't let the appearance fool you, these guys are great! I came to them first with a list that the dealer had said I needed to have done (to the tune of over $3000), and asked them to let me know if they agreed. Now, whatever they said, I would have done, providing the price was lower, and they told me I had to do NOTHING right away! So instead of very expensive repairs that they could have charged for, all I got was an oil change. They are very, very honest, very professional, and very fast!

I've been going to this mechanic for at least 20 years. I've always gotten the same excellent service. They have always been very honest, reliable and never had any problems. They get the job done right the first time every time.
