Jeff came out to provide an estimate and ended up hauling the trash away the same day after I approved the estimate. Jeff was very professional and courteous. He showed up exactly when he said he would, worked efficiently, and did a great job, even sweeping up the last debris. He ended up with a full truckload of old countertops, cabinets, and other assorted materials (none of this material was good enough to donate anywhere and we had already recycled the aluminum, so it all had to go to the landfill). I paid Jeff his estimated fee for labor ($120) with the agreement that he would bill me for the landfill fee (which depends on the weight of the trash dumped). I received the bill for the landfill portion ($38) within a few days, along with a nice personalized brochure describing his services, which also include yard waste removal and yard clean up. I highly recommend Jeff Howard to anyone needing hauling or any other services he offers. I felt that his price was fair, he is very customer service-oriented, and he did a great job.
