Jackson Restoration and Carpet Cleaning

They are very capable, respectful, and I frankly felt as ease with them. They are very nice men to work with and I was very pleased with he work they did.

The outcome was not what I expected. Overall, very good. Will call them again.

I took them to my daughter’s house. They did a very thorough job and they were very professional.  They were on time and I was very satisfied with their service. 

We knew the carpets in our basement needed to be addressed in our recently purchased home.  The previous owners had pets and there were noticable stains and smells coming from the basement carpet. 

I called Bob Jackson of Jackson Restoration and Carpet Cleaning for an estimate.  He was at my home within 30 minutes of my call and ready to do my estimate.  Aside from his punctuality what impressed me most about Bob was his honesty regarding my carpet situation.  Instead of telling me that he would be able to eliminate all stains and smells from the basement and charging me hundreds of dollars, he ripped up a corner of my carpet and showed me where the mold had seeped through the carpet and into the tackstrips.  He suggested that we have new carpet installed as opposed to him cleaning it and that is what we did.  Although we did not use his service that day I would certainly reccomend him to others and will definitely use him for our future carpet repair needs.

It went well overall.

Contacted Bob and was able to schedule the cleaning for a convenient time.  The price quoted was affordable.  They arrived at the scheduled time and performed the work in under an hour.  The apartment was empty, so, that certainly helped to speed the work along.

As it was a while ago, I don't remember precisely how much I was charged for the work, but, I do recall it being very reasonable and lower than other service providers in the area.

Jackson Restoration and Carpet Cleaning has a variety of cleaning services. I used their drapery cleaning service in March of this year, and recently their air duct services. Both events deserve a solid A. I am particularly grateful to Mr. Jackson for making an extra visit to diagnose a noisy air flow in one duct (caused by an old warped cover).

They were good, and I was satisfied with their work. However, the final cost was more than the estimate.

This was a great experience.  I found Jackson's through a referral service, and Bob called me back very promptly.  He was extremely professional and friendly, and the price was outstanding--much lower than other estimates I had received.  He was able to schedule me promptly--only a couple of days, where other companies were backed up for two weeks or more.  Bob and his team (two other guys) arrived right on time, and Bob was as nice and professional in person.  The job was finished in about 90 minutes, and you would never know they had been there--no dust, no debris, etc.  They also used a sanitizer/deodorizer, so now the house even smells nice!  I would definitely use Jackson's again for any of the services they offer.

Everything went very well. I was called the day before to confirm the appointment and was told the appointment would need to be pushed back about an hour. The day of, they arrived within the agreed upon window and got right to work. The quote I was given was exactly what I paid and they finished everything in under an hour (the apartment was empty, so, that certainly helped speed things up).
