We are a family owned business doing most of the work ourselves . Subcontractors are only used in areas of the home improvement business where our license doesn't cover us. Our normal billing procedures are as follows; a deposit of 1/3 of total cost of labor and materials is required to start job and balance due upon completion of project. Larger jobs will setup as a draw schedule .
