We had a system installed a few years ago. The system originally worked well, but any changes or adjustments to settings are required to be done by the installer. We needed some adjustments made. We called and left several voice mail messages and never received a call back. They answered once and said they would call us back and never did. The system is useless unless it is set correctly. It seems they are only interested in the original sale and not the service that goes along with it. If you are serious about purchasing an invisible fence - buy it from another dealer.
