IMPRESSIONS CARPET CARE

This was an excellent experience in all ways.  I called and set up an appointment, and was able to get it that same week.  Matthew showed up on time and explained the process.  He was kind and efficient, and worked hard.  There was even an area above the steps he did for us (on his own) so that there would not be a visual "stop" in where we ended the carpet cleaning.
I would enthusiastically recommend Matthew and Impressions Carpet Care, and I will use them in the future as well!

Matthew Griffin arrived exactly on time at 9:00 a.m. His manner was courteous and professional. I told him I didn't expect a miracle in the hallway, but he certainly performed one!! When leaving he made sure everything was back in order and  thanked me for using their business. Even though I used a LivingSocial voucher for this visit, Impressions will be the place I call the next time I'm in need of carpet cleaning. I recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent. Matthew was the carpet cleaner.  He was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier, which was great.  However, he was very polite and  considerate. He said that if coming early did not work, that it was okay.  He worked very fast.  He cleaned my bedroom carpet, and then agreed to clean another bedroom and the hallway.  I have no idea whether this was within or over 400 ft, but probably more. He told me that since I did him a favor of being available early,  he would clean the other bedroom.  The carpet looks and smells great.  It is worn, older carpet so he let me know that the cleaning would help it look better, but that it will go back to looking worn.   He was careful to make sure that the cats were downstairs so that they would not get out with the open door.  He was professional and I would definitely recommend this company.
