I was satisfied with the work that was done, initially. But, within months of getting rid of the squirrels, they were back. Not a big deal, since the work was guaranteed. However, I was charged for the cages used to capture the returning squirrels. I took issue with this charge, $350. I called to speak with manager, just to have a chance to let him explain to me how this was not covered under the warranty. At the very least, I wanted to keep the cages for future use, if I truly had to pay for them. I called numerous times and was told by the front desk person that she could not explain the reason for the charge. I asked to speak to a manager, hoping he could explain. But, each time, I was told he was unavailable and would return my call. He never did. Now, unfortunately, the hole that was repaired has been reopened, and there are bats entering where the squirrels once entered! I am frustrated and only want to have this company seal this hole, with the proper amount of flashing, etc,. to properly complete the job. I need to call them, again, and ask them to come fix the hole, and to get rid of the bats that have now entered. I am hoping that they will be much more diligent about resolving this matter, and that someone will actually call me to discuss the matter. If this issue cannot be properly addressed, I will not hire them again.

we have had an arrangement for them for 6 years to come out quarterly - each quarter they tell me that they are coming out when I am not home and I have to reschedule to have the inside and outside done at the same time. The workers rarely have the extra suit to go under the crawl space to fill the mice traps - have to reschedule for those traps to be filled every time. For years we have been told that we have mice issues eating away at the paneling in the basement, to learn this month that it has been water seepage issues all along, which is very costly and time consuming to repair. I wish I had been told earlier that the problem all along was water to repair our foundation years ago as we have had mold down there for extra time. I was relying on them to be the expert to tell me why I was having these problems.

Since they missed this for 6 years, I would not re-hire them to come back and now have to find another company.

Overall, the experience has been great. Everyone they've sent has been on time, do exactly what they say they'll do, and I've never had a problem with them! They don't raise the rates after you sign with them.

They are very professional. We have not had a bug problem since they have started spraying the house. They are always within their time frame. Home Paramount Pest Control is great.

TECHNICIAN WAS POLITE AND ON TIME. EXPLAINED WHAT CHEMICALS HE WAS USING AND HOW THE TREATMENT WOULD HELP WITH FUTURE BREAKOUTS OF ANTS. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY HIGH.

HOME PARAMOUNT IS A FINE COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR SOME TIME AND THE WORK IS DONE CORRECTLY AND ON TIME. I THINK THE WORKERS ARE DOING A GOOD JOB AND I AM HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE.

HOME PARAMOUNT NOT ONLY MAINTAINS PEST CONTROL IN A FOOD SERVICE AREA ON AN ONGOING BASIS, BUT THEY HAVE ALSO SUCCESSFULLY ASSISTED US WITH SPECIFIC PROBLEMS WITH ANTS AND MICE. THEY TAKE EXTREME CARE WITH THEIR CHEMICALS. THEIR STAFF ALWAYS EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY TO US. THEY ALSO POINT OUT PROBLEMS THAT WE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN AWARE OF.

ALL TECHNICIANS WHO HAVE BEEN SERVICING OUR HOME OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS HAVE BEEN ON TIME, AND VERY POLITE. WHENEVER I HAD TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE I COULDNT BE HOME, THEY WERE MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING. I DID FEEL THEY WERE NOT THOROUGH ENOUGH AT TIMES, NOT ALWAYS CHECKING OR REPLACING GLUE TRAPS, AND AT TIMES SEEMED TO HURRY THROUGH THE JOB.
